I myself have been researching the life of Nikola Tesla which has led me to investigate such things as the Philadelphia experiment. If you know of any specific research available on this topic, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you. PS you need background music, perhaps the theme from 2010.

Comments: Thanks so much for your page of wacky (sorry, self-published and not yet widely accepted) theories. I'm working up a presentation tomorrow about the movie "Mindwalk". It's great that the Web provides, on the one hand, helpful FAQs about relativity and quantum physics, and on the other, a variety of New Age mystical theories of universal oneness and conscious creation. What lovely, ironic juxtaposition! Thanks again. -- Jeff

Comments: You have a great website. I have just recently registered with the Top 1000 Website group and have a logo on my page. You should be registered with them because you certainly rate as an excellent site. I would like to invite you to visit my page. Also, I would like to be notified when your page is updated. I was able to reach #33 in the Technology section of the Top 1000 Websites. I am trying to encourage investment in controversial new technologies. I also have a great deal of interest in new physical theories and your page is such an excellent way to keep track of these. Thanx and best wishes.

Comments: I gotta say this--I don't believe in the so-called Big Bang theory. The Big Bang happened in 1945 at Alamogordo, and is being made into a whole cosmology for somebody in castles. Time is a local phenomenon, the "direction" of time being determined by such things as local vibrations (as in crystals), rotations of celestial bodies, diffusion, and radioactivity. Radiation is equivalent to diffusion in the electric field. That's why distant galaxies are so enigmatic. We have to interpret time there in terms of what we know of time here. It makes no more sense to say that we are the center of time, than to say that we are at the center of space or, centuries ago, of the solar system. Events five or ten billion years ago are almost undoubtedly related to the formation of our star, the Sun. Else, why would NASA be reporting on "Stellar Nurseries" where stars are forming, or on ancient stars which appear to have collapsed? Stars may come and stars may go, but the universe goes on forever. People worry about forevers and infinities. The only problem really is that we are trying to interpret forever in a universe in which time is (so far as we know) ALWAYS determined locally. It's like counting years with a clock that only runs for a few days and then stops forever. It bothers me that the current rage about the so-called "Big Bang" theory is so vehement. If it were not for the Web there would be no place permitted in which to say it was probably caused by England's testing of nuclear weapons in the American deserts, or some other strategic thing. It bothers me a lot. I don't like being made out to be an unfair monster, if my disbelief in the so-called "Big Bang" theory suggest that Mr. Hawkings theory is wrong. I just think they are wrong, and that political and strategic interests have dominated the thinking of scientists in the traditional, conventional institutions. Maybe I'm paranoid but I'm certain there's a good deal of snobbery, stuffy and pompous and bureaucratic official thinking behind the way in which opponents of the so-called "Big Bang" theory are shouted down. Comments: Well, the web provides a place where freedom of speech permits people with fresh thoughts about anything, especially science and physics in particular, to speak. It gets us out of the oppressive regimentation of thought based on bureaucratic sanctions of the approved thinkers, regimentation in which all living people are required to say what they approved thinkers are thought to have said, until the old bureaucratic regime dies. This freedom should have been present all along, and the ideas discussed should never have to bear the stigma of being labelled, by prejudice, as inferior before they are reviewed by other people. I particularly enjoy the stardrive pages. Mike Lewis
